Aurelius Health is being built to support older adults, caregivers, and families who need help understanding care plans, medications, appointments, and next steps after medical visits or hospital discharge.
Phase 1 services will focus on education, organization, and care navigation. We do not provide emergency care, diagnosis, treatment, or prescriptions.

Technology may help collect information and reduce administrative friction, but clinical judgment, education, and relationship-building stay human-led.
Support can happen through phone calls, text messages, photos of documents, and clear follow-up steps.
